Les pr\u00e9parations des mains et les auto-massages des pieds sont bien connus dans le monde de l&rsquo;Art du Chi. L&rsquo;an pass\u00e9, environ \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, j&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;illustrer par une vid\u00e9o l&rsquo;auto-massage du <a class=\"myhyperlink\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/WCBRhWQvS6Y\" target=\"_blank\">visage<\/a> (avec une pr\u00e9paration des mains) ainsi que du <a class=\"myhyperlink\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/GURtmfTO5Ro\" target=\"_blank\">pied<\/a> (aussi avec une pr\u00e9paration des mains). Pas la peine d&rsquo;essayer de faire toute la liste d&rsquo;un coup&#8230; Mais, comme dans les vid\u00e9os pr\u00e9cit\u00e9es, se choisir un menu, par exemple : la nuque, les \u00e9paules et le torse. Et un autre jour, terminer sa journ\u00e9e par une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements des jambes, suivie des quelques points ci-dessous pour les jambes et hop&#8230; au lit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parations des mains (1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> s\u00e9rie), percussions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pincer-rouler les coins de l&rsquo;ongle de chaque doigt<\/li><li>Faire bailler la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> articulation de chaque doigt<\/li><li>Faire bailler la 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> articulation (avec la fourche index-majeur) de chaque doigt<\/li><li>Frapper mutuellement les \u00ab&nbsp;portes&nbsp;\u00bb des poignets<\/li><li>Frapper mutuellement les dos des poignets<\/li><li>Frapper mutuellement les tranchants des 2 mains l&rsquo;une contre l&rsquo;autre<\/li><li>Frapper le pt sensible entre pouce et index (GI4) avec la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> articulation du pouce oppos\u00e9<\/li><li>Frapper un poing (souple) dans l\u2019autre main<\/li><li>Frapper les fourches oppos\u00e9es (fourche index-majeur dans fourche index-majeur et ainsi de suite&#8230;)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parations des mains (2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> s\u00e9rie), massages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Frotter paume contre paume en laissant les doigts se replier<\/li><li>Frotter le tranchant de la main de l\u2019ongle du petit doigt jusqu\u2019au poignet<\/li><li>Traire mutuellement les pouces<\/li><li>Scier-raboter (faire des 8 avec une main dans la paume oppos\u00e9e)<\/li><li>Masser les poignets (avec tous les doigts de la main oppos\u00e9e)<\/li><li>Masser les avant-bras en remontant d\u2019un poignet vers la pointe du coude sur le dessus de l\u2019avant-bras, ensuite les 2 int\u00e9rieurs des avant-bras mutuellement, puis l\u2019autre avant-bras dessus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Visage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lisser le front avec le bout des doigts (de gauche \u00e0 droite avec la main droite et de droite \u00e0 gauche avec la main gauche) [Figure 1]<\/li><li>Lisser les sourcils [Figure 2]<\/li><li>Masser les angles externes des yeux [Figure 3]<\/li><li>Pianoter sur le pourtour sup\u00e9rieur des yeux avec le bout des doigts (insister un peu sur la petite encoche que l&rsquo;on sent \u00e0 mi-parcours) [Figure 4]<\/li><li>Masser les angles internes des yeux [Figure 5]<\/li><li>Pianoter sur le pourtour inf\u00e9rieur des yeux avec le bout des doigts (insister un peu, l\u00e0 aussi,  sur la petite encoche que l&rsquo;on sent \u00e0 mi-parcours) [Figure 6]<\/li><li>Palming [Figure 7]<\/li><li>Frotter l\u2019arr\u00eate du nez du pt entre les 2 yeux \u00e0 la commissure des l\u00e8vres avec les tranchants des indexes (ou majeurs-sur-indexes) [Figure 8]<\/li><li>Dessus-dessous la bouche avec les tranchants des index (masser les gencives) [Figure 9]<\/li><li>Masser le menton [Figure 10]<\/li><li>Masser les joues [Figure 11]<\/li><li>Devant-derri\u00e8re les oreilles avec une les fourches index-majeur et annulaire-auriculaire [Figure 12]<\/li><li>Tirer les oreilles vers le haut, l\u2019arri\u00e8re et le bas avec une
